2. I can only accept the 1st 12 entries in each catagory (see list below).unless otherwise noted. I have added more catagories so we'll have more winners.
3. I can only accept 1 photo per child per catagory. Please make sure it is a recent photo of the child (w/in 1 year for 5+ yrs...w/in the past 6 months for younger please)
4. Please stay away from the enhanced photos (aside from deleting a background). I know these are fun, I do them myself, but I want these kids judged for thier natural beauty. I will be giving the opportunities for the enhancments.
5. Please age appropriate make-up..NONE on babies/sm. children! NO pageant hair/makeup on anyone (except in appropriate themes). The more natural the better!
6. If groups are not close to filling up (less than 5 or 6 per catagory) I will combine them as seen fit.
